My Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist training supports calm, neutral coordination during emotionally complex sales, with careful documentation and communication among both parties and counsel. My RSPS certification strengthens my work with vacation, resort, retirement, and investment properties, where financing, insurance, rental rules, and long-term planning differ significantly from a primary residence.

As a professional home stager, I help sellers prepare a home so buyers feel its story immediately โ through flow, lighting, furniture placement, accessories, greenery, and the many subtle details that create emotional connection. I often stage my own listings personally and fine-tune every setup until the home feels elevated, welcoming, and market-ready.
